Robin Johnson, a Reiki Master & teacher, will share how this simple technique can be a tool to help strengthen your connection to God, find clarity & peace, open your heart, increase personal power and much more. Reiki can relieve stress and tension and help calm anxiety. It can calm the body to help promote physical healing. It is a simple, hands-on technique that balances the energy in the body. We will cover the basics of chakras and auras in class. Students will learn how to do Reiki for themselves, and will practice feeling the energy and begin to identify their intuitive gifts.
