Rosie Christman - Making the Most of Your Milk
In this class we will learn how to make the most of your milk. We’ll talk briefly about the differences in store bought milk, raw milk, canned milk, and powdered milk. We will go over how to make whipped cream, butter, yogurt, and a few different cheeses. I’ll give you several recipes for ways to use your powdered milk and we’ll have samples for you to try as well.
