This class is where I teach about storing a variety of grains, certain important supplements, using sprouting methods to unlock the hidden nutrition within the grains we store, upgrading certain foods we’re storing, and storing specific superfoods – all of which will help create a “protective shield” as our immune systems are strengthened, our elimination systems remain open and our stress shield is built up.
I also teach about a hand full of my favorite cooking / food preparation supplies that will make preparing food quite simple, easy and inconspicuous during a disaster.
Claudia Orgill emigrated from Germany to the U.S. with her parents and siblings at the age of three. She believes it was from her German heritage and upbringing that her love for nature, natural remedies, and good cooking came to be. It was her familiar connection to these things that helped her choose alternative means to overcome a severe chronic illness. Claudia is the author of Beyond Wheat and Weeds - a 450 page guidebook that teaches what remedies to store, what infectious diseases we may be up against in the event of a disaster, and how to use the recommended remedies for those specific diseases and maladies. She shares about her book and other important information at her blog: www.HealthyPreparedness.blogspot.com.
